Prosthodontic Management of Immediately Extracted Teeth Using Bone Graft and Leukocyte-Platelet-Rich Fibrin: A Case Report

Abstract The aim of this article is to present the clinical application leukocyte-platelet-rich fibrin (L-PRF) at immediately extracted site after implant placement. A 37-year-old male patient reported Department Prosthodontics, Bhojia Dental college Budh Baddi Dist Solan Himachal Pradesh 173205 with chief complaint decayed teeth in posterior region and wants a fixed prosthesis. On day surgery, implants were placed freshly sockets along bone graft L-PRF membrane. After 6 months healing period, level impressions made final porcelain fused metal crowns given patient.
